He has 16 years of commercial banking, with specific knowledge in healthcare, middle market business, small business, commercial real estate, and technology sectors. Formalized financial analysis and CCIM training further accentuate his experience.

A native Austinite, Tooney grew up and lives in South Austin. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance, and was in ROTC with the Corps of Cadets.
